Chicken’s Beak

white flesh
chicken’s tendons
feather’s prismatic flash and snare
half eyes sleep fast
slow day [wet dirt]
worms that blind and unregenerate
relent, submit themselves to another
chicken’s beak [arrow]
penetrates and reveals,
is vessel of unspoken sins
and must surely die
DEBT collector
cosmic fire cleaner
sound most dreaded, shrill defeat—
man waking from
his bloody ageless dreams
enslaved from inception
the mundane egg opening now
to the hidden hedrons,
earth’s signets (speak powers)
enter Mammon—clipped wings spread

Did I tell you I wrote a novel? You can read it here for free, or get it for your e-reader on iBooks, Amazon or Kobo. Or you can just say you read the book, and donate five bucks down below. Go on.
